the federal government has whistle blower statutes in place. we will step forward as a committee and be able to have counsel there to be able to help protect them in their future career. these are career state department diplomats and people committed to what we do as a nation and around the world. they see there are things never been told and they feel pressure youd to not tell it and stories of heroism that no one has heard. everyone has heard the bits and pieces of what have been heard. the families affect valentine's and we think the stories needft to be told as well. >> judge jeanine: when you think about doing an investigation without talking to hillary clinton and the idea that as i understand it they didn't talk to any of these whistle brothers. blowers. >> some did share things with the accountability review board. they were not allowed to be able to see the final documents as they were finished to see what they had said was in the final document and then the same thing that you heard over and over again we have as well. hillary clinto

being persecuted by the russian government? if that is right the how is it they went back and forth to russia so often and how is it when they left. >> judge jeanine: that is my next question. how you do you claim that you are refugee from one country or seeking political asylum because of persecution and go back and forth there like you are going on vacation. >> exactly. in fact, it appears after they left chechnya they just went next door to still part of the russian federation. they were able to live in russia and that should have been a disqualifier as well. the idea is when an application is filed it is supposed to be investigated and there is supposed to be a security investigation of all asylum seekers for good reason obviously and there is simply no evidence anybody paid any attention to it in the case of to that russian intelligence calling us twice and bolt the mother and son added to a u.s. database of suspected terrorists. are we stupid or inept or helpless? after 9/11 wasn't this all supposed to be figured out? >>

you have sued the federal government. there is it a lawsuit against your union and the bosses and the federal government and you are asking for what? >> we are not asking for a penny of the taxpayer dollars. all we are asking for is one, protection for our officers and agentingscurrently what we do with the agency under this administration, is they threaten to fire our officers and agents who attempt to enforce the laws we have on the bookings. we have to provide protection for these law enforcement officers only trying to do their jobs. promise more importantly we are questioning the president of the united states. we are saying it is your job to enforce the law, if is congress' job to enact the law and so president, you have overstepped your boundaries and we are hopeful that the judge will rule in our favor on this. it is extremely important to our country and our way of government that we get things back on track and put everyone back in their perspective places and let our law enforcement officers do their jobs. >> c
